Hello! A short introduction of myself. I come from a medical background. I was an EMT for 8 years and then obtained my Registered Nurse license in 2000. I obtained my Master's Degree in Nursing in 2013.
As an RN, I worked in the Emergency Room and ICU specializing in neurosurgical and trauma unit. I have experience in intensive care, ER, and home care, during which time I developed a passion for case management. I have enhanced my experience by obtaining board certifications in case management (CCM).
I have been self-employed since 2016. I also hold a certification as a Legal Nurse Consultant (LNCC since 2001). This certification uniquely positions me to also look at the legal/nursing side of a claim. I provide case management, record review and analysis, medical cost projections, pharmacotherapy review, and consulting.
